Arm Cooler Sleeve
I actually haven’t used them but they fit snug. Well made. I am 5’6” , 122, thin build but am a swimmer. I ordered a small and look forward to trying them out.

With this arm cooler sleeve OM delivers again the highest quality of running gear. Best material, outstanding design, and smart support.
Recently used these for the 1st time completing the Tahoe Triple Marathon. Initial fit was ok (a little too tight “LG” bicep flexed and or arm at 90 degree running position is 13.5 inches) but got used to it. Sleeves are also a little long for me since they are designed to go down to the hand but I need them to be above my Garmin watch for the heart rate to work. Since it was 34 -38 degrees at the start each day I positioned the pockets on the inside of my arm and put hand warmers in both pockets which help keep the cold at bay while we waited to start. Day 1 went well, removed the hand warmers at the temps warmed up and wore the sleeves for the entire run (seam indents all over my arms from the compression, a little to tight). Day 2 had the same effect except I had to removed the sleeves due to them pinch my upper inner arm (could not adjust to stop the pinching). Day 3 I opted to use a long sleeve UA shirt instead of the arm sleeves. Overall impression, love the concept for sun protection and warming but I don’t need that much compression (to tight), maybe the XL would not be so tight (IDK).
These are great for what I need! I live in a hot, hot climate and these are perfect to put ice in on my longer runs. I would say that they do run a little small. If you have a larger arms, even the large may be tight. I did have to exchange my unused medium sleeves for the large. Orange Mud made the return process super smooth!
